Q. I want to use it tonight, how can I do that?
A. If you have the certificate in hand you can use it tonight.

Q. How long does each coupon campaign last?
A. Bolton Oil Change and Self Service certificates will be offered every week through 9/11/08. Main Event Entertainment will be offered every week through 8/28/08.

Q. Can I copy a certificate with a scanner and reuse it?
A. You are not permitted to copy or forge any certificates. Each certificate has embeded security features and textures that each business is aware of. We will pursue legal action against any person attempting to forge a certificate.

Q. How long will it take to get the certificates?
A. It takes 7-10 days to receive the certificate.

Q. I ordered my certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?
A. Call NeoFill Fulfillment Center at 330-628-9873 to inquire.

Q. I received multiple e-mail confirmations and confirmation numbers. What does that mean?
A. For each order, you will receive a confirmation number.

You will receive your certificates via United States Postal Service in 7 days.
